It’s essentially a trailer on two wheels and has a “ball hitch adapter” to attach to your RV. The front wheels of your vehicle are driven onto the trailer. Next, you attach the front wheels to the trailer bed using unique straps or chains. This system allows your front-wheel-drive vehicle to be stable on the tow dolly, while your rear wheels can freely wheel as you travel down the road.
Use a Trailer to Tow Your Vehicle
It is hard to believe what I saw while driving down interstate highways in a trailer pulled behind an RV. The most incredible combination for me was a double-decker caravan with a car on its bottom deck, along with a bike, a golf cart, and what appeared to be four bikes strapped to the top deck.
