Making A Purchase
To make
a purchase just browse around our site, and click on any items that you wish
to buy and put them into the shopping basket. After you have finished your
selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that
we need to be able to process your order.
We
accept online card payment by Switch, Solo, MasterCard and Visa. All
transactions are 100% safe due to our inbuilt 128-bit encryption and our
server is available 24hrs a day. We will not charge for any item until the
day of despatch.
Other Payment Methods
As well as the following credit
cards (Visa, MasterCard, Access, Solo, Switch, & Delta) we can take Personal
cheques or bank transfer. Please note all funds must be cleared before goods
are despatched using the last two methods

Shipping And Handling
Packaging and Delivery
within mainland UK will normally be within 2 to 7 working days (maximum of
28 days - unless item is out of stock the the manufacturer, in which case we
will let you know) from receipt of order, we do offer next day delivery as
well, see Help page for more information on postage pricing. Where delivery
cannot be made within the target time, you will be contacted and made aware
of any delays. Any orders outside the Mainland UK, we will contact you
with a shipping price before any transactions are made.
All deliveries need to be signed for, when the couriers call they will leave
a calling card, simply ring the depot to arrange collection within seven
days or the parcel will be returned to us and a £7.50 additional charge will
be made for further delivery. Mistakes on pricing on the web site due
to human or server error will not be shipped and the customer will be
contacted in the event.
Overseas Orders
We do accept orders from outside the UK, but due to rising trends of credit
card fraud and the banks somewhat lack of support in tackling this problem
we reserve the right to request further proof of ID, cheque payment or bank
transfer or to refuse the order altogether.
Credit Card Security
All
credit card numbers are encrypted when the order is placed using 128-bit
encryption, the most secure format on the internet they are only decrypted
after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web
site.
Guarantee
Goods offered for sale in the
wickfordangling.co.uk website are new as supplied by the manufacturer and
carrying the manufacturer's warranty. You may cancel any order before it is
shipped and within 7 days of receiving it. However you must pay the shipping
costs for it to be returned to us. Your money will be refunded in no more
than 30 days excluding the postage amount and you must contact us for a
returns number prior to returning you goods. For more information on

Privacy Policy

circumstances. We value your custom and will keep your personal details
private. Any information you give when ordering or by e-mail will only be
kept by us offline to help us with the order or enquiry, the information
collected is that given at the time of ordering or e-mail. We collect the
information ourselves and under no circumstances will it be given to any
third parties. We will not contact you unless it is with regards to an order
or if requested to do so. All credit/debit card information is destroyed
after 30 days. We need this time to make sure there are no problems with
transactions or if you exercise your right to return your goods. For any
