TLD 2 SPEED
Same drag system
as found on the non-2-speed TLD reels, but have heavier engineering to
make them tougher. These reels offer the option of switching from
high-low-high speed retrieve as fishing situations dictate. If you
are planning a 200lb Scottish Skate up through 400ft of water, you'll need
low. If a high flying Billfish changes course and rushes back
towards the boat , high speed will help you keep in touch and minimise
slack line. These reels are robust and have stood the test of time
and will last you for years in demanding conditions.Features:
- Lever drag.
- 4 Ball Bearings
- Aluminium spool XT7 Body.
- Single handle.
TLD15
Probably the most popular TLD reel, the TLD15 is absolutely
perfect for mid channel Pollock fishing, light line bassing as well as
conventional up and down fishing. Many anglers frequently use a
Shimano TLD15 for Uptide work, these reels will equip themselves well and
be very hard wearing.
TLD20
As above and great for medium weight pirking, fishing for blue
sharks and working deep water when a high speed retrieve is required.
TLD25
An outstanding reel that is fully capable of holding any fish
an angler is likely to hook in Northern Europe. A perfect reel for
pirking, conger and skate fishing and of cause big sharks. Fishing
abroad? Make sure you pack a TLD25, as this reel is perfect for light
tackle marlin, tuna, tarpon and any other hard fighting species you'd care
to catch. Features:
- Lever drag.
- 4 Ball Bearings
- Aluminium spool XT7 Body.
- Single handle.
