The 6lb class Challenger is ideal for lines between 6 & 10lb. At 8', it is the perfect weapon when drift fishing over sandbanks with baited spoons for plaice and dabs, but also excels for simple ledgering when after whiting,
gurnards and codling. In initial field testing this rod accounted for tope to 46lbs on just 8lb line.

8' 6" Challenger Boat
12lb
The 12lb class Challenger has a highly developed 8' 6" blank, designed to maximise pressure on fish whilst retaining excellent bite detection qualities. It is a superb choice when wreck fishing for pollack and coalfish, when
using flying collar rigs and artificial eels with 12 to 15lb main line. Versatile enough to cope with general ledger fishing for smaller species, the Challenger can also be used for light tackle thrills with tope and rays.

The 30lb Challenger is ideal for general ground, reef and light wreck fishing. Light enough to be held all day, the Challenger has a subtle blend of power to work big fish quickly whilst protecting the line from the stress of
sudden dives. A 10" Hyperion fore grip allows two hands to be placed above the reel, increasing leverage during a long fight.
